Update on Audiobook for “The Glassman”

Looks like there will need to be another narrator for The Glassman. The narrator selected simply discovered he bit off more than he could chew when he took on this project and opted to bow out. No recording had begun yet by this time so that means nothing was really lost except for just a little time, which is fine.

This does mean I am back to square one in looking for a narrator for The Glassman, tho.

  1. I’m a girl, but if you’re interested , please get back to me. I would enjoy the opportunity, however. I’m sorry the last one didn’t work out.

    1. Unless you are Chicano/Afro-Chicano, male and queer, there is zero chance. The book is male led, hence why I am asking for a male narrator. The book follows Chicano & Afro Chicano identity so that is why that is the cultural background of the narrator sought. I already explained why queer in within the past couple of posts. Even for female led works, I have Soraya Butler, who is a Black woman, because my works commonly center Black girls.

If you know anyone who can fit the role of Chicano/Afro-Chicano, male and queer however, I’m extremely happy to talk to them.

      (May show twice, sorry!)
